At TIPS AND CLIPS BY ARLENE, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and provide the best possible service, we have the following cancellation policy in place: 1. Cancellation Notice Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please do so through the booking system. 2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 12 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a full charge may apply. 3. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the service. 4. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. If you reschedule with at least 12 hours notice, there will be no additional charges. 5. Exceptions We understand that emergencies or extenuating circumstances may occur. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. 6. Payment Information Cancellations or no-shows may be charged to your provided payment method, depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy. It allows us to continue offering the best possible service to all our valued clients.
